Renguard stops responding [message #145745]

Recruit

I installed it a month ago and I've been playing happily until now... I uninstalled renguard cause it was not responding after alot of times of trying, uninstalled renegade, reinstalled renegade, updated renegade, and installed renguard again today and it still stops responding (no i'm not dumb i haven't installed mods or skins or anything else just playing old renegade and the patch)

Have you tried running it under compatability mode?

You do this by right clicking the shortcut,
goto properties,
Compatability tab,
Choose Windows 2000 or 98.

Most likley, it's a firewall issue .. RenGuard is trying to connect to the Internet but fails for some reason.. if you wait like 5 minutes, it should display an error message.

Now mine is not responding. I tried compatiblility mode, disabling my firewall and reinstalling. None of it worked. I'm going to try to do a system restore.

Me too..it was working about 2 hours ago. hmmmmmmm Confused
