As you might know, Moebius is called Ignatio Mobius in Renegade. However, I feel that is not correct.
In Tiberian Dawn, he he is referred as Doctor (title) R.H Moebius.
I belive that Moebius's full name is Richard Heinrich Möbius (Moebius), after the actor who acted Moebius and the father of a mathematician in the 1800's.

It probably isn't the same person. I've heard something about the "young Doctor Moebius" which obviously isn't the grey-haired one with the volt rifle..

There were actually 2 missions I think with mobius. One where you had to destroy a nod base while keeping an village safe. And 1 mission where you had to destroy sam-sites so mobius could be safely flown away.
Size doesn't matter.

I'm not sure my self. Yeah he is the same bloke, but their has been 3.
1 who gave the tiberium (named after Tiberius Ceaser, and a shuttle on starwars empire or return of the jedi) interveiw on tib dawn.
2 I was installing tib sun and on the instal screen it shows a younger morbious walking away from a news camera on the front of a news paper.
3 The god awful commando - was the suit bit on sp a complete rip off of Gorden freemen - scientist on renegade.
I liked the first one, his interview on one of the cut scenes of tib dawn.
Just so some forum whore wont have too.
