The two ones I know of are Cacheman XP, and FAST Defrag. I use the latter because of some reason I've forgotten now. Both are really good in my opinion, and both free up any unused RAM when you click on the icon. I'm too lazy to give you download locations as well. I'm sure a google search will show up some stuff.

if your worried about memory booster download an older program called RamBooster. It displays how much ram your using and it allows you to clean out your ram every so often. Makes it so you don't have to restart as often.

i used to use an app called FreeRAM XP Pro

or somthing along the lines of that..

it will give you either a % amount or an MB amount of how much RAM you're using

it will also "Free up RAM'
not really sure how it that works..
but it helped me back when i had 256mb of RAM
