I dont know of any linux versions it does not run on, but I would suggest redhat or fedora core.

RedHat. Theres a LOT of support for it out there. Fedora wouldn't be bad either. Lots of dedicated server companies offer a choice between RedHat and Fedora.

http://www.linux.com then go to distros at the top and go down the list and click on fedora core. Download and burn fedora core 3 then install it on your server.

Fedora is a community version of Red Hat Linux. Its free but Red Hat Linux is not. RHL is very expensive.
