Are you absolutely sure opening these ports is actually REQUIRED?
I mean: If you are trying to connect to WOL at this point, you will get either
"Connection timed out" or "Firewall Port Negotiation Failed" because
the WOL servers are currently down.

Use GameSpy or something, see this post:
