I'd object to people walking around in bikinis all day. Well...Depends on who I guess...

Anyway, this is not for the state to decide. Its none of their business unless all those people are walking along the streets looking like strumpets.

The issue at hand:

It was inevitable...

"To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." -- Theodore Roosevelt (1918)

"The danger to political dissent is acute where the Government attempts to act under so vague a concept as the power to protect "domestic security." Given the difficulty of defining the domestic security interest, the danger of abuse in acting to protect that interest becomes apparent. --U.S. Supreme Court decision (407 U.S. 297 (1972)

Long known to be one of the most conservative bodies in the United States, the Virginian State House of Representatives has broken new legal ground by voting to outlaw exposed underwear, in an attempt to restore sartorial standards in suburban towns such as Richmond and Norfolk.

Yum, that's a juicy piece of bias right there.
"Yet another insane law passed by that crazy Virginia House of Representatives. It shouldn't be a surprise, though, because Virginia's legislature has a history of being 'conservative;' this isn't out of the ordinary for those Republicans."

I'm against the whole "lets be black and wear our pants 20 times to big and walk around like we shit ourselves" look. SO i'd support it. I don't like baggy pants on chicks, i like em nice and tight so i can look at that nice tight ass of theirs, so it works both ways Wink

The law isn't against girls wearing baggy pants, infact it never mentioned baggy pants once. It's about wearing your pants too low, and since you just love staring at those "nice tight jeans" all day, you should of noticed that those are the main target since they're about 2-3" lower than normal pants.

Try reading the article next time.

It's not let's be black, it's let's get Old Navy to make 27x36 jeans. When I have to wear 34x36 jeans, of course they fall down. They're like way way too big. They don't make them long enough. As they get longer they also get wider. I have the same problem with shirsts. I look like... a sail cause I'm wearing a XL for length and It's big enough for the Kool-Aid guy.

Renx, I wasn't reffering to the artical nor did i say i was. I was simply saying how i hate the way kids wear there pants in my generation. They look like they just took a load in them and i hate them.

Doitle, in your case mabey not, but in many and i mean LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of kids at my schoool, they all are white and want to be rap super stars or some shit. So we have millions of eminem clones running around. I hate it, i hate them almost as much as i hate the goths that look like there in the god damn matrix with there trench coats.

What made me laugh is that, that whole issue was on British news as well. Im migrating to Maryland in March (from England) and I'll be just North of Virginia (where I will live im able to see the border from) and I will be taking regular trips each year to a resort in Virginia, guess I cant wear my hipsters anymore then..... Crying or Very Sad Crying or Very Sad

Im not against girls wearing their pants so low that you can see their thong (i dont do it as a fashion statement, but its hard to keep everything where it should be...female fashion is so impractical but it looks good so....) I am however against it when I go into my local ASDA store (Wal*Mart for the Americans) and I see a girl who could be no older than 12 wearing a thong really high and her jeans so low...that is immoral and asking for trouble, especially considering how many sickos are out there. I damn sure wont let my baby girl dress like that until she's 16 at least!
