Do what Apoc Media did with the intergrated forums and stick a limit on the width and height of pictures so things don' get streched.

You can get that mod from phpbb.com too. I'm glad Lee found that mod, or else I'd be bitching at everybody saying, "NO IMAGES WIDER THAN 500PX YOU STUPID FUCKS!" Very Happy

i'm a html newbie, but..

couldn't glyde take that template, choose "edit with notepad", save the code, save every image used, put everything in one folder, edit the "img src" pieces to his own picture links, create his own .htm file and upload it somewhere when he purchases a website?

hell, couldn't anyone do that?

yep, I was just about to suggest that in gbull's picture...

by the way, did you make up those little table things and paste them as pictures in your code? I know you can make tables with html, but I have never seen the 'bend in at a corner' thing.

yes that is an image file, but I have coded fully with HTML in DreamWeaver. I didnt want to really show it cuz I havent done all that great of a job with it. Its just for people around the UNrules part of renegade who want basic siggy help. I told them about Apocmedia, but they dont go there (I dont know why). so me and this other kid set up this page to help some of em. Just got it put up Sunday, but the forums have been up a bit longer. and before you go, please, please, please do NOT compare me with ApocMedia. I realize they are better and I learn alot of my stuff from them. So please keep the "poser" accusations to a minimum:

For your tutorial list, just have them link to ours, or be like "if you want to further your knowledge in this area, go to http://www.apocmedia.com" or something like that. If you link to us, they'll eventually flood in. Smile
