renguard replaces your game.exe, so I could understand if you had some firewall software that notices it changed and not allow it to make any network connections. BUT you said that you can get into game playing and it pings you out, correct? Frankly, RenGuard isn't the problem. It simply doesn't transmit enough data (nor a constant stream) to ping you out of a game.
