Ok so here is the deal, I wanted to reinstall Renegade because the huge amount of customs in it: it was a mess. So I went to reinstall it and check this out:
I can get it installed, but then the whole game hasn't got any text, just like in the picture.
Can someone help me out? Thanks.

Happend to me before. Uninstall every single thing that deals with renegade. Then Re-install.
RegKey's Too.

Happened with me aswell.
Do all above, restart your comp and try again.
Dont try to install with no text, I did it and when you do you get not text in-game either.

I would imagine it's only the strings.tdb file making you have no text, maybe, i'm not sure though.

Allright so how do I get rid of the RegKey's?
|
Start > Run > regedit.exe
Navigate to the following path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Westwood\Renegade
Delete everything under that key, you shouldn't have to, but you could delete the WOLapi and WOLbrowser key folders too.
