Your crappy-ass mod is responsible for wipping out entire harddrives of thousands of dollars of software; it's as bad as a computer virus, if not worse. That's destruction of property, and legal action should be taken against you people for putting up this virus for download without so much as a warning that certain configurations of certain operating systems may react negatively to the download and force the user to completely reinstall the entire system.

Try to think. I am not responsible for the stuff I don't put online. Do you like to show how stupid you can be ? It seems. The file on our ftp server is 100 % clean. If you get the mod somewhere else on a crappy bad protected server it's YOUR problem, not mine.
And again, the guy who compiled the old beta isn't part of the team anymore, we don't even know who did it and don't want to know. Try to find him and plz find a proof of what you say. ( I managed to run the old beta without any problems on win98, winme, winxp... no virus, no problems, I READ the instructions and played the mod. As I said before, download reborn by our safe links and u won't have problems and if you think it's a crappy-ass mod, don't bother post here or download it, you 'tard. )
Anything you could answer to this to defend your point of view will be retarded, I hope you see it, if not, then read that post again.

Renardin, you don't think things through. Whether or not you were a part of the old team doesn't fucking matter. The fact is, it's still the C&C Reborn team that is responsible for it. I could be a new CEO of a company, and then that company that I work for gets slammed with a lawsuit for something that the previous CEO was a part of, I'M STILL A PART OF THE LAW SUIT. While attacking you individually won't hold up, attacking the entity as a whole will hold up. Just taking 2 minutes to think things through WILL save you from humiliation.
You ALWAYS need a disclaimer. We as gamers/consumers/etc... are expecting and trusting that what we buy/download is completely safe, unless, of course, there is a disclaimer stating that there COULD be a possibility of error with the installation. It's always just easy and safer to have "we are not responsible for any problems caused by the installer or the modification itself. You are downloading the modification at your own risk." Do you see how easy that was? I typed that in 20 seconds. That would have saved you (Reborn old AND new) a lot of trouble.
Stop with the fucking rhetoric. It only proves you to be an immature little prick. Attack the points, not the people. Can you seriously be that stupid to think that by insulting me, you're somehow outsmarting me? Yes, I know this point also contains some rhetoric, but yet, I still seem to be managing to make a point.

Reborn isnt a company. Going by your logic, you can sue the guy accross the road for robbing your house, when the real criminal is probably in another town or country. The new team diddnt make the installer, or the old mod, so there is nothing legal in the world you can do to them.
