I have a bunch of networking equipment and I have no idea what to do with it.
All of the equpment has just been sitting and collecting dust. None of it has ever been used. Now I wanted to sell it on eBay.com, but I looked on eBay, and not many people were buying.
Does anyone know a better website or anywhere else that will be a better market for this equipment?
I have:
14 x Milan MIL-180C Media Converters
I think they were sold brand new for $100 each, but I don't expect to sell for near that much. What they do: They take in information from a CAT5 Ethernet cable and convert the signal to Fiber Optic Cable. So you can network computers using Fiber Optics. This is obviously much faster and there is no loss of signal.
1 x Cisco Fasthub 400 12 Port Switch
I think It's discontinued, but this has also never been used
Miles of Cable
CAT5, Fiber Optic, and a really thick cable that is used for T1 Connections I think (weighs a goddam ton).
I don't expect to sell the cables on the internet, but I would like to sell the other stuff.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Well, it did magically turn up in my garage one day, but the police department is like 5 blocks away. FedEx is like 3 blocks LOL

It was courtesy of SBC. It was all supposed to go to schools, but it was surplus.
