This is a "nice" way to make money; as long as you clearly state it's a picture you're not even doing anything illegal. And I don't even consider that fine print, it's normal 12pts font. Not to mention he says several times it's a picture you're bidding on Razz

I really don't see how people could look through that and not notice how it says "picture of..." when referring to the merchandise. It was clearly stated everywhere on that page, he could seriously get away with that and sell other pictures. Smile
