Why, after the majority of the players ask for a cheater to be kicked from a game, is a player not only left to play more, but is recommended for his 54 frags.(considering all other players averaged about 5) When I finally speak up because the mod will not do anything, I get mistreated. What is up with that???

You get recommended automatically by a bot, not by a moderator.

Usually the Mod, although very slow at times, will kick blatant cheaters who are asking for it. The longer it takes to determine who is cheating the longer they will play. A few times there is no Mod, so the player ends up staying.

There was a time when people were impressed that I have the firepower to decimate a planet in under 10 minutes.
