You have to understand that not all atheists have the type of mentality you do. Some of us simply refuse to believe in any religion, but we don't go around trying to enforce our rules on others. In fact, we celebrate Christmas not as the birth of the Lord, but instead as a holiday of family, friendship, and giving. Hell, I sing Christmas carols, even the ones with religious themes, and frankly, I enjoy them.

Just because some extreme Athiest fucks want to fuck with all that is related to Christianity doesn't mean that all Athiests are like that. The way I think the world should work is that people and organizations should be comfortable with whatever they say, without having to worry about people being offended. Oh my god... that is EXACTLY how I feel. If I had read it without your name I seriously would have thought I wrote it. I don't consider myself an atheist, though... because I don't specifically believe that a god doesn't exist, but I just don't believe in any of the existing stuff. However, I do realize how much many organized religions bring people together and keep their morals high.
I, too, also celebrate Christmas as a family gathering and an opportunity to give gifts. Besides that, most of my family are non-church going Christians and Catholics and who am I to be a party pooper.

And to come back at it, no, I would not beg God for mercy and to save my life. In fact, I would go over the memories of my life and wonder if I made an impact on society or history. If my time in this world has come, then it has come. I accept what fate dishes out, and if that means dying when my time is up, so be it.
And believe whatever the hell you want to believe, I don't care. Just don't EVER preach to me about being wrong in my beliefs. As an Athiest, I don't go around bashing Christianity because I don't believe in it. I suggest you don't bash my beliefs because you don't like them.

Believe that load of crap all you want, You can not tell me you wouldn't think of your life when it comes your time to go. Thats complete and udder bullshit, you are human, its natrual, you couldn't stop it if you tried. You can say you don't belive in god and thats okay, and i can completely respect that. However being such a dumbasss as to say you wouldn't at least THINK of your life, thats just stupid.
I do agree with you, if its my time to go its my time to go, but i know that i'd at least have some thoughts on what i've done with my life.
