I was wondering if there was a way to make back up copys or have a cd hack soft ware so i can decrease the use of the cds.

If you're serious about this, and not just trying to evade serials when copying etc...
You can make a virtual clone of the disk onto your hard disk using CloneCD. It acts as another drive letter, thinking that the CD is always in the drive.
