Does anyone know a reason why suddenly and without warning my programs will scroll down to the lowest point of the window and no matter what I try stay at the bottom of the screen until I exit the program?

No, I don't hit the end key repeditly so it jumps to the end of a page while I scroll upwards...

maybe, but I already scanned for those.

http://www.download.com search for spysweeper.. best scanner imo

i had sum thing like that..
but when i clicked on ANYTHING.. desktop/startmenu it brought up internet explore.. i couldnt even go to the shut down menu.. id hit restart and it bring up IE

thats what happens when u let your mom use your computer lol
