Hey, Just installed the Core Patch 1, but with a problem.
I downloaded it, extracted it and finally ran it.
The Installation began, the maps such as city, walls, etc and always2 was copied, but, then appeared the language.exe command prompt window.
After doing all of its crap'o'latta it gets round to renaming scriptsx.dll to scripts.dll, then it appears with an error 17?
So I thought, okay, lets see if renegade still works, but now when ever I click Westwood Online in Multiplayer, it just crashes to desktop.

Doesn't sound like a CP1 problem then.. more like a problem with renegade. Not sure. Either try to reinstall renegade or CP1, maybe that helps. Sorry.
scripts.dll should be about 500kb, scripts2.dll over 2mb
