Instead of using the registry editor, for those inexperienced users.
http://www.thecodesmith.com/images/temp/reinstall_renguardCP1.reg

Download the above file... open... then click "Yes" to the "Are you sure you want to add the information to the registry?".

Once done, re-start RenGuard and it will begin to re-download the current RenGuard CP1.
