ya see, no matter what it is if you give ACK a suggestion, he won't listen to it or even look and see if it could be helpful, he's right were all wrong thats the way it is in his tiny o so tiny little world.
THeres no sense in constintly arguing with him, he wants attention and your all giving it to him if we'd all just inorge his comments / post that are flaming reborn and every other damn thing in the world he probebly would shut up just a tad.

Aircraftkiller is right, though. The "get a life" insult is overplayed and, in all reality, a stupid comment. Plus, you may not like his views, but if you attack him then there's no reason for him to back down, I know I wouldn't, and I know that you wouldn't either.

You cannot prove that. I know for a fact that Louis Castle, co-founder of WS, authorized me to get the assets I wanted from them. Otherwise I wouldn't have gotten them. I distinctly recall two important artists telling me "The company doesn't just let us throw this stuff around, we need to get you permission first, so wait until tomorrow and we'll see what he says."

Ok, I will try to explain it on another way ( I speak french this is why most of the time you don't understand me. )
Louis castle and sperry, by letting westwood in the hands of EA lost any control or permissions on those models. Now, all the stuff related to renegade that was made by westwood belong to EA.
it doesn't have anything to do with the fact you got that before of after. And unless you have an official paper for that, you can still tell that story to EA. But I think it's not a problem for them as they don't care anymore about Renegade stuff.

Yes, they transfer the rights and materials and whatnot to EA since they own them now, but they gave that stuff to Aircraftkiller before, meaning that they didn't own them when EA took them over, so it couldn't have been transfered.

Okeee... And where is the official copyright to J. D. Holmes on those models ? Come on... It belongs to EA.

Not true. I don't like his work either, not because Aircraftkiller doesn't like it or because of Reborn's old beta, but because it does suck. He uses the same style of texturing for every vehicle, and it's so bland (referred to as "plastic"), has the weirdest colored looking metal for GDI, and has the same scratching pattern that isn't even realistic.
If you, Renardin, decide to take my advice, I suggest that you learn to use variety and use a different effect instead of the same one over and over for metal. Also try different tinting for that gold look, and don’t make the scratches tile.
