why wont my renguard work anymore [message #117529]

2 days after i downloaded cp1 my renguard wont work it says "failed to recieve list of available master servers. check youre internet connection." ive tried reinstalling renguard but the message still appears and my internet connection is working properly. it happened after i tryed to log onto
this forum if anyone can help that would be great. Confused
