Let me explain this to you. They would need to either copy the map and play it as something like C&C_Islands_CP1 because if it were just a regular map and then if you go and host, the people will see you driving in a invisible hummvee. Understand?

If not all users have the same map, there will be compatibility problems.
So you can only make this changes if you make a new map (with a new name)
But that means that only people with the same map can play it.
You can rent this signature for 2 euros/month.

The problem is, not everyone will have the map. Unless you release it through WOL or something (a required patch).
So that means that there will be a few people left that will have problems if they join a CP1 server......
So we can't do that.
Another reason for not doing so, is because CP1 is NOT a Mod!
It's a patch to FIX BUGS and NOT to change gameplay. (Although new features are being added to make gameplay better/easier...)
