Meh, I'm bored, so I thought I'd entertain you all.
Unknown fact: Canada's original spelling was Cnd (pronounced Khund)
How did it get to be spelled as it is today?
Back at the first ever map makers convention, the representative from Cnd was asked to spell out the Country's name. He stood up and stated,
"C, eh; N, eh; D, eh".
And so now you know.
