It all depends on the amount of either alcohol or marijuana you take into your body, Bigwig. Besides, most people can get high on a single joint, but not too many people can get drunk on a 12 oz. can of beer.
Regardless of whatever the "positive" effects marijuana may have on the body (marijuana used as a recreational tool, not a medical tool), it does have very negative effects, just like alcohol.
Besides, the recreational use of marijuana (and drugs in general) is little more than a sign of weakness.
