Removed bandtest.dll fastload-fix from archive, fixing all the problems with it
Removed accidental deleting of strings.tdb
Added debugs to localisation part - it says what language is detected, and what file it is renaming. Hopefully that helps to track down the localisation problems where your always.dbs is deleted
