I don't know whether someone can find this, but I was on freewebs.com, and they had a neon blue template that was great looking. Can someone find a free template like this I can use?

Why not learn PHP? I am and it is VERY useful. I plan on using it to build a website I'll start building in about a months time. Once I have gotten used to it.

Does anyone know where to find a web chat thing that I host using my computer and installs easily. Remember, I am a moron who sits in a basement and is new to making a site. dont use hotscripts. I myself am a very experienced php and html programmer. You wont get anything out of using hotscripts for your whole site let alone freewebs.
I would suggest learn html. Heres one of the sites I started on over 5 years ago.
