Yeah, 213.107.105.13 registered at least 3 accounts and submitted 3 votes for Scrumfy... INTERESTING...

Of course even with these signs of obvious fraudulent voting, if I disqualify those votes I'll be accused of "rigging the vote".

please do so, i have already told everyone i know of they are not to do something like that. i have no problem with those 3 votes being removed.

If they don't participate in these forums, then why should they give a shit who moderates them?

They read them, and they're tired of the ineffective moderation that leads to all of the REBARN SUX and such being allowed to stay. They're a part of the ren community as much as you are.

The accounts have to be activated to vote, but if you own a domain with catchall, that's easy enough too. Fraudulent votes will NOT be counted.

I'm the bawss.

i don't post often but i do read this forum often and yes, i do care who moderates them. a nonbiased person could keep the unnecessary posts out and keep it as just mod updates and such, which is why i come here.

So am I, that's why I'm having this vote. But you should be ashamed that your underlings are trying to cheat the system. You should denounce these idiots.

id appreciate if you informed the people of the forum that my ip has registered twice, for me and my brother. because people are instantly going to believe that im the one who registered 3 times and voted.

Question: If you haven't participated in this forum before today, why should your vote count for something? I would bet the only reason Scrumfy has the sheer number of votes he does is because people came over from another forum, who have no interest whatsoever in this one, simply to vote for him. I don't accuse scrumfy of anything here, nor intend to suggest he should be punnished for it. But I mean give me a break. It's petty.

I will, if I find out that it was in fact intentional. Even from months ago, people were having problems registering (and not getting an activation e-mail). I can't be sure if it was a mistake or not...yet.
On a side note, isn't one IP only allowed one vote? Is UBB different or something?

The reasons are stated above...But I'll reiterate. Reading these forums does not require membership, and as such, many of our forumgoers also read posts here. We keep up to date on the conversion mods and server- and client-side fixes/modifications. They have an opinion, I'm not just senselessly spamming a link here and asking for votes. They know the situation, and they can finally do something about all of the hostility and bashing...I'm sure they'd say so themselves but most don't seem to be big fans of some certain people here anyway. I don't think it's petty; I do, however, think it's petty to assume that just because someone decides to register to vote for this poll, that they have no idea what has been happening here. Quite the contrary, actually...

Yes, take three away. If (and when Wink ) he wins, people will always bitch about how it was rigged and that he cheated.

me and my brother registered 2 accounts today so we could vote because my other account (months old) never got a confirmation email (if you want to know it, pm me crimson), so why does my ip show 3 times for 2 accounts?

apparently 3 votes are showing from my i.p.

Me and my sister (plutodevi) are on the same network so that accounts for 2... but the third i have no clue where that came from... so if it is 3 votes from this ip address 1 should probably be taken off
