Yes obviouslly they have no intrest in the forum.
A mod forum moderator should be able to help the members of the forum with problems they have or questions they ask. He should have experience in modifying renegades assests and know how to do them and explain them to the members. That is what I think at least.
I know a few nominated people who know nothing of the sort.
