Just took a look at the titan pictures from the beginning.....and I have to say that the first impression is a disproportional die cast model of a titan with the usually expected painted on objects that are too small to make an actual piece for. Just my opinion, you know, cause TS was the first game I ever bought and enjoyed for pc....

A lot of people on these forums (especially jball) have their heads so far up ACK's ass they couldn't make their own opinion to save their life. It's sickening.
As for reborn sucking, well, I just played RenAlert and it's one of the biggest pieces of garbage I've ever had the displeasure to play. Reborn > RenAlert.

If "Reborn is greater than Renegade Alert" why is it that we've had well over 350,000 downloads, along with several dedicated servers and over 2,000 unique players per month?
Yet there's like 5-10 people who play Reborn a month.
My name isn't "ACK," either. If my name is "ACK" then I'll make sure your name is remembered as "Idiot," but then again enjoying Reborn already gave you that title...
The Titan looks like plastic. I happen to build plastic vehicle models in my spare time, and that looks just like it.

Compare my M1A1 Abrams to his Titan. Notice how similar they are in surface appearance? The Abrams isn't painted, it's simply got water-paint dilution effects for dirt, oil, etc on the surface of it.
The Titan looks like misproportioned plastic. As such, it looks like ass.

Ok, I'm not even going to comment on the whole plastic thing, you believe what you want.
But as for your name, ACK is the acronym for your name, AirCraftKiller. See what I did there :rolleyes:
And a lot of people call you by that too.
And as for your statistics on the games. Who cares. Gameplay is what matters, and RenAlert is shit. (And I highly doubt that those statistics aren't a little biased. :rolleyes: )

I too, dislike renalert. Not because of Aircraftkiller, but because of the gameplay. I dont like the fact that as soon as you lose a building you are almost guarenteed to lose whereas in renegade you can make a comeback. Also, when the Allies get a few longbows they are almost unstoppable as one hind cant take down one in one pass even if all the ammunition hits, but vice-versa, the longbow can take it out in one pass.

I'm not really "new" here.. I've been reading idiotic posts like the ones made above(not Dan's)for a while now. I'm a new poster but I think I'll stop because as jball said most of the people are indeed idiots. And Reading the idiotic things they say gives me a headache. I know that they are meant to be used in groups, but at the moment there isnt much that can be done to stop them, or at least not that I have seen anyway. They tend to deliver their payload and manage to go before they have taken 50% damage. I think the Soviets need to have some sort of anti-aircraft unit. A longbow can easily unload its rockets then get out of the base before a single tesla trooper can take it down. The longbow can unload its rockets in 6 seconds, but it takes much longer than this to destroy it. I know I know, teamwork is needed to defend the base, but how are you supposed to get your teammates to attack the same helicopter that you are? By the time you type out "attack nickhere" the longbow will have gone. But a Hind takes 17 seconds to unload its ammo. A rocket solder can kill it in 10 seconds when all the rockets hit. An engineer should be in the building? Not many people are very willing to spend 500 credits on a unit that they only have 1 shot with, and they probably wont bother going to attack an enemy structure with it.
