Then the scenario would be like The Perfect Storm. That COULD happen if the cold front suddenly pushes Tropical Storm Bonnie downwards to meet up with Charley.

Anyway, Charley is expected to hit the East Coast, but even so, it's a damn big hurricane, so I'm guessing we're going to see at least 4 inches of rain in the weekend.

ugh yea living in florida can suck....that top one went right over me (not the hurricane..it was just a sucky storm) like 1 hour ago. It only lasted about 40 mins...didnt lose power except for like 5 secs..my mom just called and said 3000 people in a near county just lost their power!

I go to Orlando every year and have been in some bad storms down there. It is not fun. I was in a Disney Resort Hotel. They are like Michigan storms x10.

It looks like I dodged the bullet; Charley isn't going to be severely impacting the East Coast, but it seems that Tampa is pretty much fucked.

Plus, we now have to watch Tropical Depression #14 to see if it will become a threat to South Florida.

Anyway, I don't think Holland has ever been hit by a hurricane in recent history. We don't get earthquakes or volcanos around here either. It's pretty dull here actually Razz

How did you do? I stood outside for a good half of the storm, then lost power to about 5 days. Orlando has alot of cleaning up to do.
