Okay, why do I have to authenticate EVERY SINGLE time i get on my server as a mod, within 60 seconds, or ir kicks me! How do I make a list of protected users so I don't have to do that everytime!

Because you registered the nickname with brenbot, doh.

Type !auth YourNickName [enter] in the channel where your brenbot is
when you join the server.

And another important note:

You MUST authenticate on IRC.
You cannot !auth yourself from in-game , it would not be much of a protection if that was possible......

Yes I know that, but when i do authenticate myself in IRC it lets me play and it don't kick me BUT when I leave then and rejoin then it asks me to authenticate it again.

SO HELP ME FROM THERE PLEASE!

Thats what it is suppose to do. It's to stop people using your name, so it would be pointless if it only asked you once. Just do what I did and make an mIRC script to do it when it knows its you playing.
