Ok, I'm see import button (thanks for video file Smile

, but when I'm click in Import W3D file I'm see this error message:

Why? Please, help me!

Not sure what happened there. All I can say is re-download the importer and install it over the top of the one you have installed. By the looks of the coding in the screen behind it looks like the button cannot find the correct thing to execute, indication the script hasn't been installed correctly.
