Darkblade put together some more PT icons to replace the current ones. The new ones are designed to look more like the icons in Red Alert, rather than the renegade style mesh background we have now.

The only icons that are not done yet are the characters still awaiting a finshed weapon.

They look more like the old red alert but some of the backgrounds kinda look to real cuz of the photos Try to blen them a little more other wise good work:D

Punctuation is your friend.

I'll be redoing the vehicular icons for the 9935 patch. I currently do not have time to finish them right now, so Darkblade made the placeholders.

Each icon requires its own terrain modeled after the icon it takes after. It can take up to an hour, or longer, per icon - getting them to look right is painstaking.

If you want an example of what Aircraftkiller was talking about....look at the Gunboat, he did that one.

Some of Darkblades do look very good though, I personally like the Spy icon the best, it's a perfect replica of the Red Alert one. Unfortunatly it may have to be redone Sad

The RenAlert Tanya isn't the one from RA1, instead they brought the Tanya from Red Alert 2.

There are multiple Soviet units you can choose to be as the Spy, and this one doesn't exactly let you know which one you're going to be...

Maybe we'll just add the weapon of the unit you're going to be in the corner of each of the Spy's icons so you'll know.
