That's an orca once you look at the details. The reason everyone thinks it's a harpy is because it's so skinny and long. Take the model, stick it length-wise in a trash compactor, run it for ten seconds, pull it out, and voila. In english...shorten it up to the area where the window slopes down: _._

ok i see we all have played Tiberium Sun ^_^...ok...u know the helicopter that Sakura flys???...and in the very second level that first NOD helicopter u see chasing a Orca??...THATS A HARPY...the harpy has NO wings and 2 fan things(i forgot what they are calls lol) one on top..and one in the rear...it only has a machine gun in the front..and in Renegade they added missle pods that rotated out...the Harpy is very slender and skinny...and that pic has stuff jutting out on the side(missle pods and the 2 fans)..therefore it could NOT be a harpy..and its a orca...theres your lesson for today ^_^

And technically Sakura's chopper is a Comanche, and the Harpy has no rotors...But with a slightly changed cockpit (making it look slightly more evil), the Comanche and Harpy are pretty similar.

*clears throat* seriously...play Tiberium Sun and look at the harpy...just because Renegade named it a different name doesn't make it a different unit..its ALMOST(just for you people who don't believe me which is perfectly fine) the same thing

oh... ragexs and xorkaya, nice models. But if you do plan in the future in using the,m in a mod, you would have to crop some polies. Those models look like they have very large polycounts. And one other thing... THIS is an orca bomber (pic from westwoods Tiberian Sun site):  Now could somebody model that? Rage, that STILL looks like a Harpy.
Spartan, Sakura does not fly a harpy, That doesn't even LOOK like a harpy. If you were observant, you would know that Sakura's Chopper has propellers on the top.

I may be using a outdated pic then the ones you guys are comparing my orca to. I'm looking at the heli in the tiberian sun instruction book. So maybe this is why some people think its a harpy. -ragexs

StickMan9000 that is not what the bomber looks like ingame... the pic you used was what i thought it was too originally, but then i reinstalled TS and looked at it ingame... the bomber has two fans and looks like mine, not the one on the sight for some reason so mine is the correct one, not the one you posted

Also, the Orca FIGHTER is also outdated. That's the old CnC Orca with the big unmaneuvarable jets. The new Orca Fighter uses two seperate jets facing down and back instead of one big one that rotates. Look at TS specific pictures.
