Ive looked al over for this and short of redoing the model to exact scale which would be a nitemare there should be away to resize the model. Ive tried the rescale function and that makes it smaller in max but when u export it it keeps the original dimensions of the model hence a model bigger than the GDI base lol so any ideas or help would be most welcome.

You use the little tool, right next to move and rotate, at the top, big bright button, which scales.

i used that it make sit smaller in max but it doesnt resize the dimensions
