i went on eqvaliser's skin making tutorial and its great but i cant get the second programme to work i dont understand it
i click on the dds.8bi and it opens photoshop 5 limeted edition and all it does it opens up the programme and nothign happens

plz help cause its annoying me now

You place that file in photoshop's plug-in directory and run normally.

thet didnt work i did that

i put that into plug-ins and opened it and i tryed to open it but it didnt work it wasnt there and nothing else happened
