		What is the problem?  If it is that you only have one viewport, then right click the words Perspective and change the viewport options.

		To change viewport angles or to open more than one window go here:  Customize/Viewport Configuration/Layout
  Select the viewport layout you want and then right click the viewport window in this menu to change perspectives.
  Here's a quick list of shortcut keys you can hit to change views: [Keystroke] = [View mode]
 - F = Front
 - R = Right
 - L = Left
 - K = Back
 - B = Bottom
 - T = Top
 - P = Perspective 
 - U = User

		Or if the problem is that you dont see the textures (cant remember that word, wasnt it "frame-something"?), hit F3
