Wehn i open a.w3d file it shows that it is opened in the start menu and the tool thing comes up with all the rotating thigns but the window does not apear. And it says it has encounterda problem and needs to close.

I have tried reinstalling several times nothing works.

oh i had this problem too but then i did something i forgot what. DONT UNINSTALL!!!! it wont help.

i forgot what i did. when i remember ill tell you.

i remember now.

ok run w3d then second click on its tab where the start menu is then click maximize.

Than it should work cause it just happend to me and i did that and it worked.

There might be something wrong with your graphic card, update it.

Sometimes the problem is with your video card. But it also happened to me due to old drivers and low RAM Memory available.

The answer is quite simple, all you have to do is set your display settings to 16 bit color, at least, that worked for me
