I have a apc model that I made. ( Did not make backup copy ) : :Hits self many times: : Now, whenever I try to open it, I get a message that says:
File Open Failed: C:\Gmax\Gamepacks\RenX\APC_Model
What can I do to recover this file?

1) You could try to merge it into a new scene (File> Merge> "your model")and try to resave it. and you may have to delete portions of it according to what you were messing with to cause this problem.
2) Check autoback.
3) your screwed. start over.
(usually second tries yeild lower poly counts and better modeling)

If you get this message in renx, its probably something to do with the textures or something. Try opening it in gmax and deleting the problem parts, and then resave it. Otherwise, i guess your screwed.
