One - if you dont know how to skin - you shouldnt be ripping models out to use. IMO

I suggest you take the time to read/do the Gmax tutorials on skinning. They will show you how to UVW - map - etc....

Then - if you can't understand that - you will be in a better position to tell us what the problem is...
