Ok I just finished the game, but I don't think I explored everything in the game...

I need some help on what I missed.

1) What happened to Sakura? After she broadcasts from inside the temple of NOD I never saw here again. Is this what happens or did I miss something?

2) I've seen screenshots of SETH inclosed in a capsule but I never found where he was. Where is SETH located?

3) The rock with the ancient text and the illustration of KANE stabbing someone. Where is it? Is it in the underground carverns where you have to go through in order to get to where Sydney is?

Can anyone help me. I'd appreciate it
