i just wonder one thing and its : where the he** is the yellow key?? ive been lookin over the whole ship... i found the red key at the top at the ship (the captain had it)... i hope some1 help me cuss i aint gonna try that mission agian cuss ive been looking everywhere.. just want a fast answear like: its in the engine room behind the elevator!! and not any dumb ansewars  ty

There is a key at the back of the ship in a bridge like place, but I can't remember the color.

To get the red key, you had to somehow past the yellow doors. That means you either already have the key or the doors were blocked in open position by a dead body. If the latter is the case, congratulations: you've just encountered a bug that will not allow you to finish this mission. Please restart .
