i was playing with a friend this evening, hooked up by phone as usual. the first strange thing is we were on the same team 4 out of 5 games. usually it's the other way around. lol. secondly, i was on the winning side 4 times in a row(sorta my conspiracy theory in reverse), and i actually was first on the winning side once! i didn't get mvp cause the best guy on the losing team had more points(right?). well, we called it a night, but i couldn't sleep. i hung around the forum boards for awhile and then i decided to play one more game. i jumped onto a server that wasn't full and entered just as the game was ending(on the winning side no less!). then next game was on hourglass and it was a back and forth game for the first several minutes with gdi out to a few hundred point lead(i was nod). then things turned around and when it ended i was mvp! i'm now ranked below 3000 for the first time ever(my ranking before this evening was over 15000) and i can hardly believe it! i know, big whoop, right? well, for you good players, it's no big deal, but for me, it's the most awesome thing that's happened since the game came out! if nothing else, it might humble a few of you regular mvp types out there to know how much us regular players want to be like you.

anyway, that's all i have to say about that. lol...
