drive up behind it,put u front up to its behind,and fire,keep your front butted up to its back end,and folow it,it cant spin its turret to kill u because u cant fire when ur gun is in another vehicle,and it cant aim at u witout its gun goin into u,so u just sneak up behind and booooom ![[Razz]](tongue.gif)

Sure that tactic will work fine on a newbie. You are forgetting one little tiny detail. You can lock the camera to the turret. If you went against someone with that configuration you would lose because they will just turn the turret around and fire at you without moving the tank itself. And most good players lock the camera to the turret so that they can fire at you regardless of which way the are facing. I have found that locking the camera to the turret makes you better able to defend yourself from attacks. So when you go up aqainst someone with the camera locked to the turret and get your butt kicked please tell us all. ![[Roll Eyes]](rolleyes.gif)

Actually, he could be right. If you ever notice, you can't fire when you are right next to a building. If your turrent goes into a solid object you cannot shot. Supposedly, he is saying the mammoth's barrels are so long they actually extend into the stealth tank. If that's the case, the mammoth's won't be able to shot.

im the one who posted months ago,i post this a few times,but with no interest,and yes,that the way it works the mamoth as i said in the first place has barrals that stick into the tank,so,u cant hit it

There is one problem with this stragedy, the ST does have a kinda minmal range, it's rockets will just jump over the Mammoth if you are right up to it. Besides I think the mammoth's missle can still hit the ST even if its barrael is blocked, and if not directly, there's always a splash damage, and missle does do the most damage againist anything as long as it's close.

I tried ramming into a mammoth with a light tank twice already{you know, they say the light tank is so low the cannons cant hit the tank when its so close} and it doesnt seem to work to well.

You can shoot when the barrels of a tank are sticking into something you will just get more recoil of off buildings. But you can hit the stealth even if the turret goes into it, and the stealth can hit you. If your in a mammy push back you will at least to splash damage if you miss. Oh yeah, all those n00bs out there who like to shoot at vehicles with FLying vehicle's rockets, stop! You will do more damage faster and more accurate if u use the gun. the Rockets are only really good against structures.
