On Nod, you can be a stealth black hand, and on top of the NOD base wall, you can shoot at snipers on the top area. Then after you've hitten them a few times, hide behind the small walls, I've taken out 5 snipers or so... Even if you don't kill them it makes them run back.

You can also get the humvee, buggy and the mrls onto the wall... they get ripped by snipers tho... if im going after snipers with the Stealth BH I get up there and throw c4 near a ton of them (there are usually lots of snipers there and blow them up... or I shoot them in the back of the head....
