You have to wait at least 30 seconds before anyone can enter a vehicle after purchase.
Whether you are friend or foe.

Yeah. But I reckon that the enemy should be able to enter a brought tank straight away just like the person who purchased it. Time and time again i have been in the enemy base when a tank has been brought. I could have easily got in and took out a building or two, but can't because of this rule!

yea, but i bet your glad that rule is in place when u have to buy a tank from the other side the base and when u finally reach your newly purchased tank, you notice atleast one person trying to jump in it. yet u just walk up and drive off

Well you can always kill the owner of the vehicle on his way to get in. If he dies then the tank can be entered by anyone immediately.
